Liontrust offers a subscription to fund updates via the fund's page. Users can opt for updates specific to the fund or broader emails.The number of subscriptions for updates needed to be increased, and there was a high bounce rate on the preference centre page.
The objective is to boost the number of email subscriptions and minimize the difficulty for users to sign up.

We conducted an A/B test on selected fun pages and noticed an 18% increase in subscriptions after a month of testing.
After completing the testing phase, we implemented the new design on all fund pages.

Previously, when users clicked on the CTA, it would redirect them to the sign-up preferences page.
However, now, an overlay opens up which allows them to enter their details and subscribe to receive updates for the fund they selected.
After subscribing, users will be presented with a thank you message which includes an option to modify their subscription preferences by clicking on 'manage subscription preferences'.
